Ninəvə livası və ya Ninəvə eli – İraq Respublikasının 18 livasından biridir.

Ninəvə livasının ərazisi 37,323[1][2] km²-dir. Nineva livasının inzibati mərkəzi Mosul şəhəridir. Mosul şəhərindən sonra livada ikinci ən böyük şəhər Telafer şəhəridir.
