English: Ensign of the Regent of the Kingdom of Hungary and members of the Royal Hungarian Government from the 1920s to 15 January 1939. The ensign was flown on vessels of the Royal Hungarian River Guard when the Regent or a member of the government was on board.
Magyar: "Államfői jelvény (lobogó)" az 1920-as évek és 1939. január 15. között. A lobogó a Magyar Királyi Folyamőrség úszóegységein Magyarország kormányzója, valamint a magyar királyi kormány tagjainak látogatása alkalmával került felvonásra.
