21 مرداد بود که مردم آذربایجان خود را برای حضور در آخرین شب قدر در سال 91 مهیا می کردند، زمین لرزه ای سهمگین لرزه بر جان و دل ساکنان شهرستان های اهر، هریس و ورزقان انداخت و فاجعه ای تاریخی به وسعت ارسباران رخ داد تا از آن روز به بعد، مرداد هر سال تداعی گر روزهای تلخ و ناگوار درمنطقه ارسباران باشد و ترس و واهمه آن روزها هیچگاه از حافظه تاریخی مردم آذربایجان پاک نشود. فاجعه ای که شاید تلفات جانی آن به دلیل رخداد در ساعات کاری روستاییان و شرایط منطقه ای، به مراتب کمتر از زلزله بم بود ولی دو زمین لرزه هولناک 6.4 و 6.3 ریشتری که حوالی ساعت 17 آن روز تلخ مردادی رخ داد، کافی بود تا بیش از 300 روستای شهرستان های اهر، هریس و ورزقان در منطقه ارسباران آذربایجان شرقی با خاک یکسان شود و بیش از 300 نفر کشته و 5000 نفر مجروح به جای گذارد که بیشترشان را زنان و کودکان تشکیل می دادند. یادمان زلزله ارسباران بنایی است سمبلیک و مفهومی که واقعه تلخ و ناگوار زلزله ارسباران در شهرهای اهر، هریس، ورزقان و لحظات سخت و دشوار مردم آسیب دیده این مناطق را به تصویر کشیده و در عین حال اتحاد و همدلی ملی ایرانیان در کاهش آلام و دردهای یکدیگر در چنین شرایطی را نشان میدهد. سکوی مکعب شکل مجموعه بیانگر زمین و زندگی مادی است که تیغ زلزله آن را دونیم کرده است. المانهای نیمی در حال افتادن و دل کندن از این دنیا و نیمی متاثر از درد و رنج از دست دادن عزیزان و خسارتهای وارده با تکیه بر ایمان خویش امیدوار به آینده و استوار. دیواره زمان که با رنگ تیره در نگاه اول زمان وقوع فاجعه ساعت 16:53 را نشان میدهد، شکستگی و ثابت بودن آن توقف زمان برای جان باختگان را تداعی می کند دیوار خانه است که بخشی از آن در حال ریزش و افتادن و بخشی دیگر مجروح و شکسته از فاجعه، با وجود جراحت با تکیه بر دیواره امید همچنان با وقار ایستاده و غمگنانه ناظر تکه دیگر خویش است. ابعاد این دیواره متناسب با ابعاد فرشهای هنری این منطقه میباشد. المان کوچ با بدنه شکسته و خطوط تیز در تمام گرده بنا بیانگر رعب و وحشت، دشواری جان دادن قربانیان حادثه وعمق فاجعه و در نهایت پرواز روح عزیزان به سوی ابدیت است. المان امید با رنگ سفید و روحانی خود گرچه از سمت داخل آثار شکستگیها و درد و رنج مردم نجیب و رنجدیده این مرز و بوم را بر گرده خود دارد اما بناییست استوار که بیانگر ایستادگی و عظمت مردم ارسباران در طول تاریخ است. در داخل خطوط تیز و شکسته آثار آوار و خرابیهای زلزله را تداعی می کند و امتداد آنها به پنجره نور و امید ختم میشود. در قسمت بیرونی تزیینات اسلامی و ذکر «لَا حَوْلَ وَ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ الْعَلِیِّ الْعَظِیمِ» بر بدنه دیواره عظمت و قدرت خداوند متعال را بالاتر از هر قدرت و اراده ای بیان می کند. سنگهای روی سکو که از مصالح بوم آورد منطقه و مورد استفاده در اکثر بناهای ویران شده در زلزله می باشد نشاگر آثار باقیمانده روحی و جسمی و ویرانیهای این فاجعه هولناک است. کارفرما: اداره نوسازی تهران طراحی معماری : مهران قرطاسی سال ساخت: 1397English: Arasbaran earthquake memorial is a symbolic and conception of the tragic event of the Arasbaran earthquake in the cities of Ahar, Harris, Varzaghan, and the difficult moments of the affected people, depicting these areas and at the same time Iranian national unity in alleviating pain and pain.
