Hindistanda kasta sistemi

Hindistanda kasta sistemi və ya Hind kasta sistemi — Hinduizm dininə inananların sosial cəhətdən təşkilatlanması məqsədilə yaradılmış iyerarxik bir sosial nərdivan sistemi.[1]
Hər bir hindu müəyyən bir kastanın daxilində dünyaya gəlir. Kasta, cəmiyyətdə xüsusi mövqeyi olan və bu mövqeyinə görə digər qruplardan təcrid olunan bir insan ittifaqıdır. Uşaqlar avtomatik olaraq ana və atalarının kastasına mənsub olurlar və dindar bir hindu ömrü boyu öz kastasının qaydalarına mütləq şəkildə riayət etməyə borcludur.[2] Ölkədə müxtəlif dini icmaların mövcudluğu ilə yanaşı, cəmiyyətin çoxsaylı kasta və alt kastalara (catilərə) bölünməsi, Hindistanın tarixi boyu vahid siyasi vəhdətini təmin etməsini çətinləşdirən əsas amillərdən biri olmuşdur.[3]
Qotra sistemi
[redaktə | vikimətni redaktə et]Qotra, hind dillərində nəsili, mənşəyi və ya qohumluğu ifadə etmək üçün istifadə olunan sosioloji bir anlayışdır. O, eyni kökdən gələn klan və ya patriarxal ailə ittifaqı mənasını verir. Qotra sistemi, antik dövrdə, xüsusilə Son Veda dövründə (eramızdan əvvəl təqribən IX–VI əsrlərdə) formalaşmağa başlamışdır.[4] Bu sistem ilkin olaraq hind klan iyerarxiyasının ən üst təbəqəsi olan Brahmanlar arasında meydana gəlmişdir. Eyni qotraya mənsub olan Brahmanlar müştərək bir ritual kökə və ya mifik əcdada sahib olduqlarına inanırlar.
Bramhan ənənəsinə görə, klanların mənşəyi yeddi böyük müdrikə (Saptarişiyə) əsaslanır: Camadaqni, Qautama, Bharadvaca, Atri, Vişvamitra, Kaşyapa, Vasiştha və bunlara əlavə olaraq Aqastya. Bu şəxslərin xaricində qalanlar isə nəsilləri üçün döyüşən (Kşatrilər) və ya ticarətlə məşğul olan (Vayşyalar) təbəqələrə mənsubdurlar.[5] Bu sistemdə ekzoqamiya (qrupdankənar evlilik) qaydası tətbiq olunur, yəni eyni qotradan (klandan) olan şəxslərin bir-biri ilə evlənməsi qəti şəkildə qadağandır (insest sayılır). Qotra sisteminin strukturuna görə, qadın evləndiyi zaman atasının qotrasından çıxır və həyat yoldaşının qotrasına daxil olur. Buradakı əsas məqsəd qadının tam olaraq yeni ailə qrupuna inteqrasiyasını təmin etməkdir.
Qotra sistemi xüsusilə kasta iyerarxiyasının yuxarı pillələrində (Brahman, Kşatri) daha sərt tətbiq olunur. Cənubi Hindistanda evliliklər zamanı əsasən dörd qotra qaydası əsas götürülür.[6] Bu çərçivədə evlənmək namizədi olan şəxslər üçün dörd fərqli qotra yoxlanılır: şəxsin öz qotrası, anasının nikahdan əvvəlki (ata evindəki) qotrası və hər iki nənəsinin nikahdan əvvəlki qotraları. Əgər bu daxili şəcərədə hər hansı iki qotra üst-üstə düşərsə, qan qohumluğu riski səbəbindən həmin evlilik reallaşmır.
Qotra anlayışı Buddizm və Caynizm dinlərində də mövcuddur, lakin onun buradakı mənası və tərifi Hinduizmdəkindən qismən fərqlənir.[7] Məsələn, Buddizmin banisi Siddhartha Qautamanın mənsub olduğu və ən çox tanınan qotra adı məhz Qautamadır.
