IV Adrian (lat. Hadrianus IV) və ya Nikolas Breykspir (ing. Nicholas Breakspeare; ən geci 1100ən geci 1120[1], Abbosts-Lanqli[d], İngiltərə krallığı1 sentyabr 1159[1], Anani[d], Müqəddəs Roma imperiyası[1]) — 1154-cü ildən Roma Papası. O, yeganə ingilis Roma papası olmuşdur. IV Adrian Avinyon yaxınlığındakı Müqəddəs Ruf Avqustin monastırının rahibi, sonra abbatı, nəhayət 1150-ci ildə kardinalı olmuşdur. O, 1152-ci ildə Skandinaviyada Papa legatı olmuş və burada kilsəni Qriqorian islahatı prinsipləri əsasında yenidən təşkil etmişdir.
