Testudo horsfieldii — həmçinin, "Əfqan tısbağası", "Mərkəzi Asiya tısbağası", "dörd pəncəli tısbağa", "dörd barmaqlı tısbağa", "Horsfield tısbağası", "Rus stepi tısbağası", "Sovet tısbağası" və "step tısbağası" kimi tanınan, Testudinidae fəsiləsinin nəsli təhlükə altındakı bir tısbağa növü.^[3]^[4]

Etimologiya

Həm növün adı olan "horsfieldii", həm də ümumi adı olan "Horsfield tısbağası", amerikalı təbiətşünas Tomas Horsfildin şərəfinə verilib. O, 1796-cı ildə Cavadada çalışmış və İngiltərə Şərqi Hindistan Şirkətində fəaliyyət göstərmiş, sonra isə Sir Thomas Raffies ilə dost olmuşdur.^[3]^[5]
