Maçin[1] (Köhnə Azərbaycan Türkcəsi: ﻡاچین) ya da Mancuriya (çin 滿洲, 满洲, Mǎnzhōu) — Çində tarixi ərazi. Ərazinin adı Mancurlar adlı xalqdan gəlir.
Tarixi
Mancur dövründə çinlilərə inamsızlıqdan dövlət imtahanlarının keçirilməsində ayrı-seçkilik siyasəti həyata keçirilirdi. Mancurlar bütün əhalinin cəmi 3%-ni təşkil etsələr də, onlara da çinlilərlə bərabər namizəd kvotası həyata keçirilirdi. Buna görə də mancur namizədlər imtahanlara çox da böyük səy göstərmirdilər. Əksinə, çinlilər çətin vəziyyətə salınırdılar və imtahandan keçənlər adətən parlaq intellektuallar idilər. 1681-1796-cı illər arası Tsin imperiyasının sabitlik və inkişaf dövrü idi. İmperiyanın nüfuz dairəsi Monqolustan, Tibet və Mərkəzi Asiyaya qədər yayılmışdı. Ticarət və kənd təsərrüfatı məhsullarının, sənaye və sənətkarlıq məmulatlarının istehsalı artmışdı. Çin əhalisi XVII əsrin sonlarında təqribən 100 milyon nəfərdən XIX əsrin ortalarında 400 milyona qədər sürətlə artmışdı.
Mancur hökmdarlarından ən çox imperatorlar Kansi (1661-1722-ci illər) və Tsyanlun (1735-1796-cı illər) konfutsiçi idarə üsulunu dəstəkləyirdilər. Tsyanlun ali hakimiyyəti mancurlarda saxlamqala Min dövrünün idarəetmə prinsiplərini qəbul etmişdi. Tsyanlun Çini çinli qubernatorların rəhbərlik etdiyi 18 vilayətə bölmüşdü. Yerli adminstrasiya loyallıq göstərsə də, onlara mancurlar tərəfindən nəzarət olnumurdu. İmperatorlar Kansi və Tsyanlunun hakimiyyəti dövründə təhsildə bir sıra inkişaf nəzərə çarpırdı. Mancur hökmdarları buna müvafiq hər şeyin möhkəmləndirilməsinə və qorunmasına çalışırdılar. Buna görə də klassik ədəbiyyata üstünlük verilirdi, yenilik yaxşı qarşılanmırdı. İctimai məktəb sistemi varlı ailələrdən olan oğlanlar üçün məktəblərdən və milli və əyalət məktəblərindən ibarət idi. Mancurlar üçün xüsusi məktəblər mövcud idi, Çin kitabları Mancur dilinə tərcümə olunurdu.
XVIII əsrin sonlarında əhalinin sürətli artımı torpaq çatışmamazlığına gətirib çıxardı. Hərbi sistem korlandı və sarayda korrupsiya artdı. 1796-cı ildən 1804-cü ilədək buddist ideyalarına əsaslanan “Ağ lotos cəmiyyəti” üsyanı baş verdi. 1813-1814-cü illərdə Şimali Çində “Səmavi idrak cəmiyyəti” üzvləri qiyam qaldırdı.
XX əsrin əvvələrində ingilislər Rusiyanı Mancuriyadan vurub çıxarmağa çalışırdılar. Bundan ötrü ingilis diplomatiyası Koreya və Mancuriyanı özünə tabe etmək istəyən Yaponiyanı müttəfiqi kimi görməyə başladı. İngiltərə ilə Yaponiya arasında başlanan danışıqlar 1902-ci ildə müttəfiqlik haqqında müqavilənin bağlanması ilə başa çatdı. Müqaviləyə görə, tərəflərdən biri başqa iki dövlətlə müharibə aparardısa, onda digər tərəf bitərəf olmamalı, müqavilə imzaladığı dövlətə hərbi yardım göstərməli idi. Müttəfiqlik haqqında müqavilənin bağlanması ilə yanaşı İngiltərə Yaponiyaya maliyyə yardımı da göstərdi.
1930-cu illərdə - Mancuriya yaponlar tərəfindən işğal edildi.
