Tarixi

XVIII—XIX əsrlərdə siyasi fəlsəfədə konservatizmin və liberalizm ideyalarının sintezi nəticəsində formalaşıb. Əsas nümayəndələri: Edmund Byork, Jozef de Mestr, Adam Smit, Aleksis de Tokvil, Con Styuart Mill.
