Hairenik (erm. Հայրենիք, hərf. vətən) — ABŞ-nin Massaçusets ştatının Votertaun şəhərində Hayrenik Assosiasiyası tərəfindən erməni dilində nəşr olunan həftəlik qəzet. Qəzet Ermənistanın Daşnaksutyun Partiyasına məxsusdur. Daşnaksutyun ilə yanaşı, erməni diaspor təşkilatı – Amerika Erməniləri Milli Komitəsinin fikir və mülahizələrini də əks etdirir.[1]

ABŞ-də Levon Turyanın qətlində rolu, həmçinin nasizm, faşizm və antisemitizm kimi ideologiyalara simpatiyası ilə tanınır.

Levon Turyan[redaktə | mənbəni redaktə et]

Levon Turyan erməni arxiyepiskopu idi və Daşnaksutyun üzvləri tərəfindən bıçaqlanaraq öldürülmüşdür.[2][3][4][5][6] Sui-qəsddən əvvəl "Harenik" qəzeti belə təhdid mesajları dərc etmişdir:[7]

" Arxiyepiskop Turyan gec-tez cəzalandırılacaq. Haqq-hesab günü gələcək ... O, buna görə peşman olacaq və çox peşman olacaq ... O, öz payını alacaq, əminəm ... Turyan amansızcasına cəzalandırılmayana qədər şəhidlərimizin sümükləri yerində dayanmayacaq "

Hətta "Turyanı başa salacaq" birinə 100 dollar mükafat təklif etmişdir. Daha sonra Turyan polisdən müdafiə istəmişdir.[8]
