Məmmədov Əli İsa oğlu (27 fevral 1954, Naxçıvan) — Azərbaycan alimi, texnika elmləri doktoru, professor.

Həyatı

Əli Məmmədov 27 fevral 1954-cü ildə Naxçıvan şəhərində anadan olub. Moskva Elektron Texnikası İnstitutunun "avtomatika və elektronika" fakültəsində oxuyuyaraq "mühəndis-fizik" ixtisasına yiyələnib.

Əli Məmmədov "GaSe-nin nazik plyonkalarında kvant ölçülü effekt" mövzusunda namizədlik, "Pyezo-, piro- və termoelektrik kompozitlərdə polyarizasiya prosesləri, fazalar arası qarşılıqlı təsir və istilik fiziki effektləri" mövzusunda isə doktorluq dissertasiyasını müdafiə edib.
